White Powder Gold, or Monoatomic Gold - An Authentic Ascension Process

I typo'd that and almost wrote "Spit Calls". Which reminds me of an alt.healing practice called "Oil Pulling." It's basically swishing a tbsp of sunflower oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes, spitting it out (in a baggie or off a cliff, not down your septic system), and then brushing your teeth real good to get all the oil out. This has kept colds from getting worse, immensely helped sore throats, and kept my gums very healthy and alive.

Google "oil pulling" and find out about this simple and powerful practice. Here is my favorite site for alternative healing techniques:

Wolfgang, thank you for your comments. I had infected sinuses several years ago and cleared that right up with a neti pot. That's another one of those crafty ayurvedic practices that is simple and powerful. The neti pot is a pot with a spout that you pour warm water through one nostril and let the water pour out the other nostril. Then you switch and pour through that other nostril, etc. Use warm water with a small amount of sea salt. I had infected sinuses ONCE. Use of the neti pot stopped that business right there.

I helped another friend who had terrible allergies. After using the neti pot, she said this was the first time she could breathe fully and deeply. She still had the allergies, but she was much more free to breathe.

Using the neti pot brought up my fears of drowning, so it was kind of amusing the first few times I used it. But eventually I got the hang of it.

You can buy "Neti Wash PLUS" which is an ayurvedic formula plus zinc and that will also keep you from getting colds. You can get it on amazon.com and also order it through your local health food store.

Yes: it CAN be that easy and effective. Give these practices a chance to show their stuff. I was amazed at what I did for myself and my health. Consider this, there are no drugs that do what oil pulling and neti pot do. The drugs that do clear up sinuses also have side effects on your body, and may not clear up the sinuses after all, as I found out when I had that condition several years ago.

For coconut oil, I would gently heat it to liquid stage and then use it. I have only done this for adding to my smoothies; as I said, I haven't tried it yet for oil pulling.

interesting. I googled that Oil Pulling. Maybe I should try it for some sinus thing I have been running for a while. Could it be that easy and effective?

I had some coconut oil but it's not liquid at room temp. How would you use that? or is there a liquid coconut oil? I have heard of the wonders of coconut oil for eating it.

Joseph, take out the dentures and let this oil swishing and gargling cleanse and disinfect your gums. As for septic systems, they are very sensitive to oil and grease. The bacteria that's in the septic system breaking down the solids needs air. Oil and grease cut off the air making an anaerobic atmosphere, slowing down the action of the bacteria. That's the same action you're performing in your mouth with the oil pulling: you are denying oxygen to pathogens and bacteria and they get swept up in the oil and spit out. At earthclinic, they also discuss how to dispose of the oil. Also, besides sunflower oil, you may use sesame oil (UNCOOKED), or olive oil. Different people like different flavors. You can tell if sesame oil is cooked by the color. If it's brown, it's cooked. If it's light yellow, it's uncooked. I will also be trying coconut oil in the future.

Hi, Cecilia, thanks for the link, very very useful...
that oil pulling, how that works with dentures?
also you said :spitting it out (in a baggie or off a cliff, not down your septic system)
why? I am sure my poo have bacteria and all other unmentionable in it, and I do like to cook with oil which eventually will end up in septic tank, so, it is some kind of ritual?
