Full Moon 5.17.11 - Atomic Acceleration Meditation!
In this Now Moment, this meditation resonated with me. I thought of several of you also resonating with it. What a perfect full moon day for me to delve in and treat myself to this full-intention experience!
Children of the Sun - Atomic Acceleration Meditation
My tools:
~Sage clearing of space
~Lighting of rose salt candle
~Ingestion of Bodylight Full Spectrum Elements & Lemurian Liquid Christal
~Chakra anointing (including the Zeal Point Chakra, as described on the link) with Lemurian Christal and Rose & Harmony essential oils
It is an hour long, so if you are feeling it, go for it! If not, bug off. ;)
Most important tool: INTENTION.

I did the meditation last night but used Transformation oil, did not have rose. It was nice because it kind of made my chest tingle when I applied it to all the chakras as well as the medula. The meditation was easier because the tingle in the heart area helped keep my consciousness there. It was also nice knowing you guys were there too.

Yes, I have to agree with you Fier, it has definately been an intense one for me too...faceing 'inner' challenges like no other moon that I can remember...this sharing, and meditation get together helped.

The only Full Moon in Scorpio this year. Rather intense in my space. Glad you found a relaxing transformational path.

Yup, me too...started last evening...i was PRESENT. then got up at 4:00 am to be PRESENT at the 4:09 am apex of the full moon. Walked in/as the moonlight...all night and into the morning the moonlight danced in my bedroom and "we" played!
I placed attention of the Children of the Sun event....was Teaching...but there too!
Had my honey participate too. "we" are "both" glowing.
