A Meditation for Allowing

I facilitated my BEST teleseminar yesterday and the subject was Allowing. Alain Herriott was the speaker, he's the head instructor for the Quantum-Touch advanced workshops and he created the Supercharging and Core Transformation workshops and books. He's a very Yin guy, soft spoken and yet directive. I've worked with him closely for the past four years and I've been hosting the monthly calls for the Quantum-Touch community since December.

I asked him to do a guided meditation for this call and he came up with the theme and what he was going to do. I have to say, he may not be awake but he's got some processes that could really help us around here, nice additions to the discussions and the alchemy.

The call was one hour but the first 20 minutes are fabulous, if that's all you have time for.
