Yes the very same.....I just went to Taos a couple of weeks ago and rented the Phoenix and stayed in it,,,,,,,I imagine that they have improved on them since 94.

My son went last year and was very excited about them...came back with books....I have been looking at land for over a year with a community in mind...My son went to Taos/Santa Fe last week and stayed in a smaller one....anyway...small world huh? ;-))
