Two or three times a week. So far - no huge effects to report, I can say the subtle effects so far are a letting go of everyday tensions, just the normal things we deal with everyday seem to matter less. Also I seem to understand things faster - by things - I mean crazy quantum physics books I read sometimes and can't quit grasp certain concepts. These seem to be slipping into place easier.

However, in 2007 one was caught by the security camera at the high school track, located inside a 6 ft chainlink fence with 3 barbed wires on top, right here in Glen Rose. When my wife and I first moved into our new home in Dec of 2008, we both had a strong sense of his presence, probably not in the physical, but in the spirit. At that time I feel like the cougar replaced the bear (who had been with me since 2004) as my primary animal guide.
In what part of Canada is Dewinton located? Do you have previous experience with alchemy products?
