I woke up from a dream where a woman gave me a container with white powder in it. She said this would help me. I woke up with the phrase, "Celestial Remembrance."

This is intense work, and I can do it. The task is to integrate this physical existence and issues with the other multidimensional work I perform. Integration means remembering.

I have a little spiral notebook with 360 pages. As I find quotations I like, I write them in random pages of the notebook. Here are some of my favorite quotations. They will give you a hint of what moves me.

I find myself here, exploring, reading, watching. Spirit called me here. I am used to this. Jumping in and swimming around. Unexpected comments and startling thoughts are what nudge me in the direction I'm going.

I typo'd that and almost wrote "Spit Calls". Which reminds me of an alt.healing practice called "Oil Pulling." It's basically swishing a tbsp of sunflower oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes, spitting it out (in a baggie or off a cliff, not down your septic system), and then brushing your teeth real good to get all the oil out. This has kept colds from getting worse, immensely helped sore throats, and kept my gums very healthy and alive.
