I have a pretty regular routine. I meditate each morning. I exercise most afternoons- I have a mini rebounder and some kettlebells I use. Oh and I was a Math teacher and have a Masters in Math Ed :)

That is interesting stuff. I have noticed that ever since I have worked with the Alchemy as per Jason's instructions the effects are enhanced. Mental detachment is enhanced as well as a constant pleasurable "buzz" as well...

I was musing on a couple of things today.
1-the mechanics and interactions of this site. On the other sites we basically had a Forum. That was it. All interactions took place through the Forum postings. It was easy to interact and locate new items. I'm trying to get comfortable how to best participate here as well. Cause it dawned on me I'm always more energized when I'm involved and caring which of course I've felt in our previous endeavors and carry over here. So I thought I'd write that down… Continue
