TRUTH be known!
Well let's see...
My script hasn't been an easy one...& I really can't believe I choose this part!...
But IT IS my part none the less...
Things that excite me...going to the beach right by the river where I live here in NJ
...sunsets & watching the stars come out
...floating in the ocean
...being out & about in Nature!
...organic chocolate & chocolate ice cream(esp. Haagen-Dazs)covered with Milk!
...sugared ginger!
...berries(all kinds) with whip cream!
...going for walks
...swinging on the swings at the playground
...helping others
...meditation
...singing
...Rockin out with some Metal!
...or R&B or Dance Music!
Oh & lately I've been diggin on these RED HOT BLUES chips by Garden of Eatin
...today I mixed them with some Caramel Pirate Booty...what a taste sensation..
sweet & spicy...kinda like me ; ) LOL!
...amusing myself & laughing at myself!

Hey Everyone!
Hi All!
Just wanted to check in & say Hi!
I had another Lupus flare up...started July 22nd so I've taken some time off to rest & recover...
I still need to recover from the meds they gave me to take...looks like I have a lot to catch up on reading here
I feel a lot of energy coming in at this time... Has anyone else noticed?

Thinking about YOU!
Hi All!
Have you ever thought of someone(they just pop into your head) & then you wonder... while I'm thinking about them, are they thinking about me?
I really feel that there is a connection & I also wonder if we think about each other at the same time...
because so many times I have thought of a friend & then one second later they call..LOL
So... when you think of me, I'm thinking about you!

P.S. & you know who you are!

Family!
Hi All!
Just wanted to put some Love into this area of our lives....FAMILY!
This seems to be a time where many relationships are ending .....
new ones starting too! : )
If there was a way to resolve things without having a negative impact on our children& ourselves...I know, parts of the script...but we still need to deal with IT while we are here in the untruth.
Are there rules for ending a relationship?...I want to learn!

Thanks for the comment. My husband and I are looking for a new home in South Jersey. We lived in Centrel NJ for several years back in 06. There was a New-life expo in the meadowlands in secaucus NJ. I have gone to a Wholelife expo at the New Yorker hotel 2 years ago.
But I recently went to the NYHotel serveral months ago for a 90 minute Seminar called the Essence of Healing, taught by Eric Pearl, who teaches the Reconnection healing Modality.
Since than I have gone on to getting my personal reconnection at Kripalu, as well as became a practitioner and facilitator of the reconnection healing frequencies in march of this year.
I think it would be a wonderful idea for you to have the gathering that you mention for people in the metro area, who can come together to share there experiences withn each other.
