Consciousness of Limitedness

For the purpose of this Blueprint, there are two forms of consciousness: the one that is reading these words, the one that is designed to perceive limitation in a deliberately designed perceptual plane, and the other is that of your energetic duplicate, what we'll be referring to a lot as your metaself, which is incapable of perceiving limitation. First we'll talk about your limitation-oriented consciousness.

If you already know, balls to bones, that what almost everybody in the world sees as the real world is as fake and ephemeral as a dream, you can skip this section if you like, but there's fun stuff in it to read anyway. Long-time members of The Blue Emerald do know this balls to bones, but for whatever reason they continue reading what I'm writing!

As has been known throughout the story of time by sages and seers and saints, what is reported to the senses is not the only thing that is there, and that there are deeper and more primary spheres, or planes, of being, "descending" in frequency from One through light and frequency levels, through conceptual thought levels, through structure template levels, to what you see in the mirror.

While a conventional new age buzzword would tell you it's an illusion, that's totally wrong. Illusion suggests that there is something that is real, and there's not. It's all equally false. It's all the same dream. Angels, demons, Ascended Masters, aliens, galaxies, other universes, you, the flower, energy...it's all "artificially" produced. It's not an illusion. It is what it is, and it's your perception that makes the definition. All of this is better described as an imaginarium, and what we're about to do is move to another level of this imaginarium. Like in a video game, we've "beat" this level.

What has to be understood first and foremost, like in a video game there are no solid objects, but the character in the video game is programmed to perceive them as solid. In our level of the imaginarium there are programming parameters designed to report to the senses that something is solid. These programming parameters are what science calls physical laws. When you dream while sleeping, and you perceive things as solid in the dream, it is no different than what you think of as waking reality. The popular quantum physics question "If a tree falls in the forest and there is nobody there to hear it, does it make a sound?" illustrates this nicely.

The answer is no, but not in the way that is usually interpreted. The answer is no because the "noise" made from the falling tree exists only as a set of silent waves unless there is an ear there to collect the waves and assemble them for interpretation by the brain into an an agreed upon, or programmed, sound. Even more than that, the tree itself did not fall without someone there to sense it, and if someone comes upon that tree at a later time, the only thing that can be known about it is that it's a fallen tree and not a tree that must have fallen.

This says one thing - and I know if you're reading this document you've already been heavily exposed to this - that all of the creation you can sense is in your head. It's not there. It's simply perceived as there. I'll give an example. We were working with these immense and wonderful Goddesses, four of them, and one time I was with one of our superseers, Sandi, who'd been working with them almost constantly for a few weeks. Sandi and I met near Moab for a few days and one night I set up my telescope. I attach a video camera to the scope and run the images into a television. We had Saturn on the screen, about two inches in diameter and in full color, and it was magnificent, the rings clearly visible, the Cassini Division in them breathtaking.

It occurred to me to ask Sandi what the Goddesses thought about it, and she said, "They can't see it. They want to step into my body to have a look." She allowed this to happen, and it was disorienting and a bit nauseating, but in a moment everything recalibrated for her. She said, "They're truly blown away by this. They're saying it's unbelievably beautiful."

This then was designed to reinforce what we already know, and that is that you have to have your consciousness centered within this virtual mechanism we call a body in order to perceive the wonders of this perceptual plane. Later, we had the great Globular Cluster in Hercules in the view, and it so energized Sandi she was running in place and waving her hands like a sixth-grader. I asked her, "Does Hercules have anything to say to us?"

"Only that so few people ever get to see "him" this way, and that we are creating "him" in the moment." This of course means that observation and creation are the same thing. The big fallacy in new age thinking is that we are co-creators with God, or Source, or whatever, but this isn't how it works, really at all.

Let me explain. In the largest imaginable scheme of all potential, everything has already happened and it is ever in a mode of unfolding from an ever deeper plane of existence into, in our case, 3D spacetime. Because it's already happened, it's already created and is there to be perceived in this unfolding in the form of a story. Everything there is to create is already created and is already set to flow into your hands and use, and all that's left to do is objectify it in this "world." If you decide to "create" something, something you think you need (which is likely not true) your decision also had already happened, and you're just following the storyline. It's like watching a movie and you see someone in that movie creating something. Are they creating it? Is that digital representation of a person creating something? Or are they the participation of the act of creation? Of course it's the latter.

Also, since observation and creation are precisely the same thing, then from a more primary perspective there is no distance, and therefore difference, between the observer and the observed, just a perceived distance and difference.

This is what all of the great seers, saints and sages throughout the story of time knew, and which in modern times has been rediscovered in the form of quantum theory, but which, in the present paradigm, is incomplete. In brief, quantum theory states that the observer affects the observed, but what is really happening is that One Mind, the Infinite Mind, is orchestrating both the observed and its observation, making observer, observed, and the act of observation precisely the same thing. Infinite Mind is my preference when meaning "God" or "Source" or whatever. It's all mind, and there is only One that is Infinite.

This can be further illustrated with another anecdote. Let's say you think you have a strong psychic connection with someone. The truth is that you don't. To illustrate, imagine that you're watching a movie with two characters that have a strong psychic connection. Do those digital characters moving around on your screen have such a connection? Or are they simply the participation of that feature of the storyline? Is it truer to say that Infinite Mind has placed the same thought in both minds simultaneously and allowed each to filter it according to their preferred limitations? Yes.

The word "connection" is part of the problem. Connection suggests that there are two things, when there aren't. In other words, anyone with whom you feel you have a strong psychic connection exists in one place only, your head, which means that they are you, and this becomes absolutely fact in the quantum.

Another point that has to be made and understood is that on all levels and planes of being everything is handled and experienced by discrete, autonomous, thinking, entities, beings that have jobs and are conjured forth from the quantum, the formless, at all times to "move" according to this unimaginable holographic puzzle. If you are using a device that emits frequencies for the purpose of healing, the device is an entity, the frequencies transmitted are an entity, and the entity receiving the frequencies isn't the entity to be healed, but is the entity that will have the healing bleed-through into subjective physical experience.

The reason this is important is so that you can begin to know that what you see is not ONLY what is there. Look at any tree, and open yourself to the infinite possibility of everything that tree is in all planes. All planes exist right where you, or any other object, are. And so the tree you're looking at is also a teacher wearing a gem-encrusted gown and crown on an alternate plane, and is a squid-like creature on another plane which can detach from its "roots" and move about in a methane liquid environment to re-establish roots at another locale.

Being able to see through the falsity of appearances will help anyone to unleash the limitations of their own consciousness to the extent that it will become understood that it is your perception that is the observed/created eventuality of 2012. The question then becomes: how limited are you choosing to observe, and therefore be?

One more anecdote. I have said to several people, "If you cease perceiving, the Universe ceases to exist." The natural answer is, "You mean for me." And the reply is, "No, it ceases to exist period." So true is One, this happens to be absolutely, inarguably, true. There is no universe that exists without you to see it. You don't live within a universe that existed before you. You didn't enter it. You are it. It exists because of you and only because you perceive it. It's with this thinking device you can begin to examine just how attached you are to you as an individual, and this is where the discussion of ego starts. But we don't need to go into that. That's all covered in the Unteachings.

In fact, all of this is in the Unteachings over and over and over, from so many angles and so repetitively that you can't help but become free of your conscious limitations. They're strongly suggested because they will strip you of your linear and logical mind, the one that requires beliefs, and there are powerful undercurrents there that also go to work on you at an energetic level.

In the end, the limitations of your consciousness always limit the size of what you are and thus your experience. This is why this conversation is necessary. Increasing your frequency will unlimit your consciousness, and symbiotically, your consciousness unlimiting you through total acceptance will increase your frequency, better preparing you to be birthed into the "realm" of your energetic duplicate. Often when people read what I write regarding “acceptance” and its true meaning it's taken to mean that I'm trying to get you to accept what I'm saying like an automaton under the influence of a cultic master.

What is really meant is this. If your goal is to become everything through the needed dissolution of your small and local self, and this is in fact your goal whether you're aware of it or not, you can't be in a mode of non-acceptance of anything and be everything at the same time. I'm sure you can see, at least a little, that you have to be free of all conscious limitation in order to know that this Advent will take place. Being free of conscious limitation is the same thing as letting go. Letting go is the same thing as total acceptance of everything as it is and was and will be. Total acceptance is the same thing as knowing that this perceptual plane is a training simulation for your next order of being, which means that you completely understand that it's not here to make you miserable or sad or angry or jealous or guilt-ridden through its projections of the stimuli that catalyze those emotions, but to show you in no uncertain terms what it is you must accept without condition. Whatever you refuse to accept, you limit.

So, step one. Free your mind of the limitations/appearances of this world, this perceptual plane. The fastest way to do that, and has been proven many times by many members, is to use the alchemy, the Unteachings and the other tools for the deprogramming and releasing. If you have any questions about that, or want to be convinced, just post them in the forums. There are a many members who can answer the question, and want to.

In summary, and this is short: if it's a simulation, an imaginarium, why be attached to anything, anything at all, in it?

Lastly, these 12,000 can be broken down into four main types: a) who know they are in this group and are ready, b) know they are in this group but aren't yet ready, c) don't yet even know they are in this group, and d) think we're a bunch of raving lunatics. And so in the story, the story to be lived over the next twelve months, even though your course is set (because it has already happened), the preparatory work must nevertheless be done because that is what the story calls for. Here it would be noteworthy to acknowledge the obvious, and that is the number 12,000 would be highly suggestive of exclusivity. But it's truly not, and why that is will make sense to you by the time you're able to see. From what plane each of us operates in order to effect an eventual goal for ALL doesn't truly matter. It's just a plan to be followed, and there isn't one unit of consciousness in it that didn't write it long before the unfoldment of the story itself.
